Hi Satya, Hope this issue is resolved by now. If not, please check "LanguageEndPointKey" in the App Service (bot App Service) configuration as shown in below screenshot. This value should match with "Language Resource Key" of Language Resource as shown in the 2nd screenshot below. I had similar issue and it is resolved after updating this key. I have created a simple custom question answering service via language studio with app service documentation URL as knowledge base. Its working in Language studio as expected.
I have deployed the knowledge base and attempted to create a BOT. And BOT service was created. However when asked a question got the below response
The bot encountered an error or bug.
To continue to run this bot, please fix the bot source code.

2024-01-16T16:50:11.3333333+00:00 I am experiencing the same issue. The search pricing is standard, I checked all connections to the application, the testing ground on AI Studio works, but the bot does not. I re-deployed the application several times, no dice. Any insights?
