Need help fixing slow boot

Hello, I'm having very slow boot time and it's time I take care of it, I have a .etl file that i can open in WPA, the problem is that it's a bit difficult for me to actually pinpoint what is causing things to be slow, could someone look at it and help me? https://www.dropbox.com/s/hnki8719zzl31ao/boot_dispatcher%2Blatency_1.etl?dl=0 My pre session is 7s, session init is 101s, winlogon 79 and explorer init 44s

Two things seemed unusual to me:
- Very slow disk read speed during the first 43 seconds.
- Almost no computation or I/O activity between 43 seconds and 103 seconds.
My suggestion would be to investigate disk performance once the system has booted. I have no idea why the system is so quiet in the time interval 43 - 103 seconds.
