Will these specs will be enough for general office work and microsoft teams?

Hello, I am planming to upgrade a old office pc of mine. I am planning to upgrade to a q6600 4x2 gb ram 667 the gpu is gma 3000 (i dont think ram speed will be much of an issue because of quad channel) and a 250gb sata ssd. Do you think this pc will face any problems on modern office apps , general multitasking, And most importantly run microsoft teams streaming a pdf document to 20-30 people without issues i would assume that the intel gma 3000 will be the problem before the other factors. Will I need to buy a cheap gpu or is it enough? I will use a 1600x900 monitor
