Any errata ID or method to fix Failed DF - Reinstall with IO Before and After (Reliability)

Question

Anyone can help me with this error on "Failed DF - Reinstall with IO Before and After (Reliability) Intel(R) Management Engine Interface #1" please?
I search the DTM Filters and don't find any errata ID for this failure.
