Hello,

Lenovo ThinkCentre M80q Desktop is connected to HP Compaq LA2306 Wide LCD Monitor.

Installed Operating system is Windows 10 version 22H2.

Move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard does not wakeup Monitor.

I have updated BIOS, Graphics, HP Compaq LA2306 Wide LCD Monitor drivers. Updated Windows and still moving the mouse or keyboard does not wake up the Monitor.

"Allow this device to wake the computer" is checked under Power Managment for Keyboard and Mice in the Device manager.

Turn Off the Display is set to Never under Power Options. Power plan us High Performance

Please help how this can be solved.

    Hello there,

Sometimes your computer will not wake up from sleep mode simply because your keyboard or mouse has been prevented from doing so. To allow your keyboard and mouse to wake up your PC

Go to Keyboards > your keyboard device.

Click Power Management and check the box before Allow this device to wake the computer and then click OK.

Repeat this fix on your mouse device(usually under the category of mice and other pointing devices).

Hope this resolves your Query !!
