Users getting 401 error return when they try to download files

Users of the company i support are trying to download files, but when they click on download, returns a blank page with "error 401 this page isnt working"

We're using the navigator, web version, and tested the acess in a Windows 7 and a Windows 10 machines, each properly logged on the end user but both still return the 401 error

Files include pdfs, both sent from custommers and from people inside the company
We do not use proxies

I also tried flushdns (many tutorials on how to solve the error ask you to do this), to no avail
i dont know if its relevant, but the company in question is in Sao Paulo, Brazil and the URL that redirects to download files start like this: https://us-canary.asyncgw.teams.microsoft.com/

    I too recieve error when trying to access any of the media file in web version of skype, as it's crucial that microsoft need to listen this issue.
