    To translate English to Arabic on Microsoft Edge, please make sure you have added Arabic at edge://settings/languages and select "Offer to translate pages in this language".

    What's more, you can enable "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language I read" option if English is not listed in your preferred languages.
