Set SFB on our own domain

why i can not add, msg person, received call from my skype for business ID: cotoso@cotroso.com

previously i use domain from Microsoft: skype@cotoso.onmicrosoft.com all working fine
can you help me to set up on my own domain?

    What is your environment? Online or hybrid?

    What do you mean your own domain? Is this domain verified by Microsoft?

    There are two ways to add domains. One is to add a domain which is verified by Microsoft. Another is to buy a domain. In fact, the two ways are essentially the same.
