If the email address you want to use for your team already exists as the email address of a group or person in your organization, you will not be able to use that email address for your team.

You will need to choose a different email address for your team. You can try adding a suffix or prefix to the team name to make the email address unique. Alternatively, you can use a different domain name for the email address of your team.
