I have tried lots of ways but did not help me. please help me out

    How to disable loading Skype for business when window bootup

    1. Open task Manager 
    2. Find the process "Skype for Business" and right-click and go to the Open file folder location
    3. Mark the EXE file "Lync"
    4. End task "Skype for Business"
    5. Rename the "Lync" to "LYncOLDfile"
    6. Reboot
    7. Solved

    This is the best and easy way to resolve the problem.
