Hi,

Can you check via the Azure Powershell that you can access or see the subscription via this command Get-AzureSubscription

This command will Gets Azure subscriptions in Azure account.

Seems like your email ID is linked with multiple tenant (azure AD). First switch to correct tenant where your activity subscription is liked and check the resources.

You can also check it using the

az login
az account list
az account tenant list
