Azure Media player going into pause mode on press of volume Control

When I drag the volume slider on azure media player, video/Audio is going into pause mode. Same code works fine in android/Mac/windows desktop/iPhone simulator. Im using react 16, node 16.13. when implemented everything was working fine but past from 1 month I'm facing this issue. Please let me know if anyone facing the issue or have fixed the issue.

To better assist you on this, could you please share some more details about the issue? I understand you are seeing the issue for the past 1 month.

Just to highlight, if you haven't done this one possible solution is to check if there are any event listeners that are interfering with the volume control. You may try removing any custom event listeners that you have added to the player and see if that resolves the issue.

Another possible solution is to update the version of the Azure Media Player that you are using. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the player and that all of the dependencies are up to date.

Thanks for the response. we are using custom controls instead of default controls. When we use default controls it works fine, same code doesn't work for custom controls in iPhone devices.

No, there is no known issues about this. Please check this page: mp.azure.net/libs/amp/latest/docs/changelog.html

Just to isolate the issue, could you please try on different iOS/Safari versions or maybe Chrome on iOS device and see if you can reproduce the issue?
