Hello, my name is Katie and I'm a stay-at-home mom to an amazing 5 year old boy named Tristan. Most of our days are spent listening to music, watching movies or playing outside. Due to my computers current reluctance to export any audio, we've been ultimately saddened and confused. I feel I have put too much of my time into repairing this device, so I'm hoping this is an easier fix than it seems to be.

I should probably describe my dilemma in more detail,

So, it's been a few months now and I still haven't figured out how to restore the sound on my laptop. I've tried uninstalling the internal speaker software and reinstalling, I've troubleshooted and spoke to customer service and nothing has fixed my audio. Anytime I troubleshooted they want me to connect a speaker to my device.... which is also what I am trying to do.

I even tried to plug a speaker into my aux input as well as the USB port... neither would export sound to the outside platform. I'm at a loss for idea and am hoping someone can help me.

Outdated drivers can sometimes cause sound problems. You can usually update them through your device manager.

Alternatively, you can download and install the audio driver from the support site of the manufacturer.
