Azure database for PostgreSQL Single Server migrate of large database of 3 TB size

Question

I would like to migrate large database upto 3TB to new flexible server,

Problem 1: my existing database collocation "Thai" not support show output languages miss math mean "UFO Charecter cannot read"

Problem 2: During migration offine by migration feature on flexible server , effect database lock client session read/write

As I understand, you are getting collation error in migration of Single to Flexible Server.
