While doing Security translation for a File server, It has Passed the Pre-Check and In Agent Operation the Files are not getting changed

My Name is Kashif, I am working for a company where i do the AD Migrations,

While doing Security translation for a File server, It has Passed the Pre-Check and In Agent Operation the Files are not getting changed, I tried this process multiple times, Still the same,

Please Advise on this, As soon as possible and do the needful.
