What would the challenges/limitations be if the client has his own Azure private cloud using Azure Stack?

Are we able to use the same services hosted by Azure Cloud such as PowerBI service

How's the Power Platform is installed on Azure Stack...

If a client has their own Azure private cloud using Azure Stack, there may be some challenges and limitations. For example, while Azure Stack provides a consistent platform with most of the same features as global Azure, it is not identical. This means that some services may not be available on Azure Stack or may have different capabilities. Additionally, Azure Stack is intended for on-premises deployment, so it may not be suitable for all use cases.

Regarding your question about using the same services hosted by Azure Cloud such as Power BI, it depends on the specific service. Some services may be available on Azure Stack, while others may not. For example, Azure Stack Hub can accommodate various IaaS and PaaS services, but it is not dependent on connectivity to Azure to run deployed applications and enable operations via local connectivity.

As for Power Platform, it can be installed on Azure Stack Hub. However, it is important to note that the installation process may differ from the installation process on global Azure.
