Azure ExpressRoute Circuit Premium complete costing

Question

We have to create one expressroute circuit in Japan east region & we would like to know the complete costs involved in the setup apart from the Azure expressroute circuit cost

e.g.

Once we create the ExpressRoute premium circuit in the Azure Enterprise Account & share the service key with the service provider, are there any additional costs which we need to pay to the service provider OR Is it already included in the Azure circuit cost?

It would be helpful if you can share the complete end to end cost sheet for this on-premise to Azure expressroute connectivity with some reference documentation

I understand you wish to know if there will any additional charge which you need to pay to the service provider to enable connectivity to ExpressRoute.

Actually, there is a note here in the Express Route Pricing document which states

Customers may incur additional charges by their service providers to enable connectivity to ExpressRoute.

I think you can reach out to your service provider and check if there is any charge for enabling connectivity to ExpressRoute.
