    Hi Ahmed

Go to portal.azure.com and search for Subscriptions in the global search bar. In the Subscriptions blade, click +Add to add a new subscription. There are several options based on your requirements. Activate one of the subscriptions and enjoy.

@Ahmed Maher Abdelsalam - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.

It might have been a one-off thing where it could have redirected you to home page, as i have seen there are no issues reported in status health report for Azure.

But if you see this issue repeating again, try below and see if these helps:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    2. Try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check the Azure status page to see if there are any known issues or outages that could be affecting the portal.
    4. Try creating the resource using Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI instead of the portal.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
