Microsoft store won't load

My microsoft store won't load, I have tried to reset it and tried some other things from someone who also had a problem opening the microsoft store but it still wouldn't load.

When I try to open the page it says page could not be loaded try later but it has gone days and weeks, it says error Code: 0x80131500 but my network is completely fine because I can run other apps and games completely fine.

Can someone help me?

I hit Windows + R and typed "wsreset.exe", then hit enter.

All I got was a message box saying "we can't open this 'ms-windows-store' link. Your device needs a new app to open this link".

When I press Windows + X there was no button for "Windows PowerShell (Admin)". I went into "Terminal (Admin)" instead and ran the command, then restarted the computer, but that changed nothing.

Is this an issue anyone else had and solved?

When I try to open the page it is not coming up then I try to run the App with Window key + R, then press this in the dialog box wsreset.exe and enter so it displayed ms- windows- store: purgecachis, file system (-2147416359). My network is completely fine because I can run other apps completely fine except for the Whatsapp I downloaded from the Microsoft Store and the windows camera.

Can someone help me?

Error code 0x80131500 usually indicates a problem with the Windows Store cache. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter. This will reset the Windows Store cache.
Restart your computer and try opening the Microsoft Store again.

If the issue persists, you can try the following:

Press the Windows key + X and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)".
Type the following command and press Enter: "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}"
Wait for the command to complete and then restart your computer.

Make sure Windows has the latest update and check your time and location settings.

Hi again Nothing worked and I still have the same problem, I can't use any microsoft related app for an example minecraft, even checked the wifi and it seems to be okay. Cleared the cache and did all of the above nothing worked what should I do now?

Hello there, I have same issue with my windows 10 and still stuck even I have tried all possible way. Almost give up on my way.
