How to link my new Azure account to Microsoft for Startup founders hub benefits

I redeemed some benefits I have in Microsoft for Startup founders hub. I created a new Azure account and I want to transfer the benefit to my new Azure account, but I am having difficulty with that. This is the message I am getting.
