Isn't there any solution to adopt Device Update for IoT Hub with HTTPS protocol ?

Hi community, I have read that Device Update for IoT Hub is only available with 80 (HTTP protocol) and 8883 (MQTT protocol) by link.

Is there a Microsoft solution to adopt 443 port (HTTPS) to use Device Update for IoT Hub ?

Hello @Galgani, Stefano, welcome to this moderated Azure community forum. Good question, this is indeed a strange situation. The rest of the ADU documentation does not show extra detailed information about these endpoints. It also references specifically to the IoTHub. The rest of the documents references local communication to an Edge device when HTTP is used. Because the Microsoft documentation is open-sourced, I took the liberty to submit a documentation question based on this page. You are free to add additional information.
