    Hello,

If you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft website getting stuck on the loading screen, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, the browser cache and cookies can cause issues with website loading. Clearing them can help resolve the issue. To do this, go to your browser settings and look for the option to clear cache and cookies.
    • Try a different browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the website using a different browser. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current browser.
    • Disable browser extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with website loading. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed and see if the issue is resolved. In case, none of the above steps doesn't resolve your issue, kindly share the screenshort of the screen which is not loading.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Clearing all site data (cache & cookies) in Microsoft Edge resolved this problem for me.
