Is there a comprehensive Microsoft 365 plan that includes both Apps for Enterprise and Exchange Plan 1?

My company is being charged for Exchange Online Plan 1 for all users, and some of us have MC 365 Apps for Enterprise while a handful of us have MC 365 Business Basic. I'm not sure if all these licenses are necessary or if there's an all-inclusive plan available. The reason for the difference is that those of us with the Business Basic plan should have Teams, which we requested for all employees. I've tried to find the plans online but I'm not finding them listed anymore.

Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plan options

Exchange Online Plan1 and Teams are included in Microsoft 365 Business Basic, while not included in the Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.

For plans that include Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Exchange Online Plan 1and Teams, there are Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
