Search quits working when Installing Office

Question

I had Office 1705 on my images. Then came out 2002 so I figured this was a good time to remove Office from my VM's and have it install during my TS.

When I do that, the admin can click on Search (magnifying glass) and it works, but not for any other user.
If I revert back to my images that had Office pre-installed, it all works.

I have read much about Search not working in 1909, so I don't know if my situation is related. No one else had mentioned removing Office. But, I cannot figure out why removing Office from my VM, Capturing it, then during Deploy have Office install....only to have the Search quit working.

I've found many 'fixes' and none have worked. But it, in part anyway, is a known Windows issue. Just no idea why Search fails after taking Office off and adding it to the TS.
Any ideas?
