can't search right now

Hi All One of my user is unable to tag other users in word document from web browser. From desktop application it is working fine. When user puts @ and searches for other users he gets the message can't search right now. user is using outlook for MAC. please guide me tag1

    Could you please tell us, where do user store the files?

    Please make sure they are saved in a SharePoint library or OneDrive for work or school.

    Besides, I suggest the user change browser to sign into Office.com for a test.
