A large number of bad_adderss results in a full DHCP pool

DHCP service installed on win server 2016, only one DHCP server on the domain, now every day there are 10~20 bad_adderss, looked at dhcp log and L3 arp, found no exception, there is no direction of investigation, I would like to dhcp

encounter this problem, what a good solution?
