System Center Service Manager 2022 does not show the Runbooks of SCORCH 2022

Hi, I have SCOORCH 2022 and installed the connector SCORCH 2019 Web Service installation parallel with different Ports 4201 for Orchester Web Service URL and 4202 for Web Console. Both Web services run parallel. Now I can connect to ORCH Web console and see my Runbooks. On the SCSM 2022 I added the Connector SCORCH 2022 and put forOrchester Web Service URL: [http://svx-sco:4201/Orchestrator2012/Orchestrator.svc]

What is here wrong? Regards

Hi @PerserPolis-1732 ,

the SCORCH Connector of SCSM only syncs Runbooks with an Initialize Data activity at the beginning in the folder and subfolder you specified in the SCORCH Connector settings.

I am not sure what mean with Initialize Data? I did thing after create the connector, it should show me the Runbook like the following website https://tedyvicente.com/how-to-create-orchestrator-connector-in-service-manager/

Hi @PerserPolis-1732 ,

only SCORCH runbooks containing an Initialize Data activity are synced in SCSM. If a Runbooks in SCORCH does not contain an Initialize Data activity the Runbook won't be synced from SCORCH to SCSM.

and the Runbook is checked in?

And the account specified in the SCORCH Connector has the permission to the read the folder structure and the Runbooks?

In the SCORCH Connector you can see the SCORCH folder structure if you click on Sync folder?

Yes it is checked in and the account has permission to read the folder and Runbooks.
