    Hi @Harsha Vardhan Reddy,

Thank you for posting in this community.

This issue usually occurs when your account for Office desktop applications is different from your account for SharePoint Online.

Most likely your Office account has no permissions to the site. Please check and make sure that you are using the same account and that the account has access to the site.

    Hi @Harsha Vardhan Reddy,

If you're using the same account then we may need to check something else:

    1. Please try to remove credentials related to Word app and re-add it.
      1. Open the affected Microsoft 365 app, and then select File > Account.
      2. Under User Information, select Sign out for all accounts.
      3. Close all Microsoft 365 apps.
      4. Select Start, enter credentials, and then select Credential Manager.
      5. Select Windows Credentials.
      6. Under Generic Credentials, select the credentials that are related to MicrosoftOffice16 and MicrosoftOffice15, and then select Remove.
      7. Restart Word and the affected Microsoft 365 app, and then sign in to them again by using the same account.
      8. Try again to save the files to SharePoint Online.
    2. Please check Windows for updates. To check and install all available updates, see Update Windows. After all updates are installed, restart the affected App, and then try again to save the files to SharePoint.
    3. Please check the user permissions to make sure that your flow is running correctly adding the right permissions to the user.
