i am unable to select CIDR size of /30 while creating NAT gateway. i dont want to upgrade for now to pay as you go .. i m a student doing a project for testing

i am unable to select CIDR size of /30 while creating NAT gateway. i don't want to upgrade for now to pay as you go for now as i have my free credits.. i m a student doing a project for testing. can this be enabled or give alternate ways which i can do using free credtis

- Can you let me know if you have already created the /30 Public IP prefix and then you are not able to select it for NAT Gateway?
If yes, then you can check if you are deploying the NAT gateway in the same region where you have deployed the Public IP Prefix. The Pubic IP prefix and NAT Gateway should be deployed in the same region.
If no, can you share the error observed? Thank you!
