How to decide on SharePoint subscriptions if we have 5 TB data to be stored or archived. with an organization of 70 employees.

Based on the information you provided, if you do not need to use other features, it is recommended that you choose SharePoint Plan 1. If you need other features, you can choose Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
