Hi, Unfortunately, once you have deleted a disk and/or virtual machine it can't be undeleted. If you have a backup of the VM you could restore it and its disk(s), or if you have a snapshot of the disk you could use that to create a copy of the disk. Unfortunately, once you have deleted a disk and/or virtual machine it can't be undeleted. If you have a backup of the VM you could restore it and its disk(s), or if you have a snapshot of the disk you could use that to create a copy of the disk.

You can create a new Severity A (critical business impact, <1hr response) support request via the portal and ask the engineer if it is possible to recover your VM. To create a severity A technical support request you will need to have at least Standard level paid support or higher.

Creating new support request can be confusing. If it seems like you are stuck in a loop and unable to create the request, look for Return to support request in upper left and click that, then click Next to continue filling out details. If you need more details add a comment and I will help further.

NOTE: I've not known anyone to have success with getting support to recover a deleted VM, however, if I were in your position I would exhaust all potential options to try to recover the data, including via support request.
