Azure ExpressRoute Partnership

Hi, there have been a couple of other threads regarding how we reach out to become an ExpressRoute partner and it appears that opening a support ticket and email are options. We would like to initiate this process for our company, but do not have an Azure subscription to open a support ticket.

Would it be possible to get assistance via email instead? Thank you!
