KB5036034 and KB5035941 Issue with Webex

We are experiencing an issue with these two updates causing webex application to fail.

Does anyone have any idea why?

    Hello @kingofthewestroam

    Given the format and text of the popup window, it is highly improbable that the blockage is due to any errors from the mentioned KBs. Such messages are usually the result of a block rule set by AppLocker. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-8.1-and-8/hh831409(v=ws.11)) and / or WDAC.

    Is the Webex application a client app or a modern app downloaded from the Microsoft Store?
