@Abhisekh Paul If your Azure subscription is a free trial, it's possible that you may have reached the spending limit for your subscription. When you reach the spending limit, you won't be able to create any new resources until you upgrade to a paid subscription or until the spending limit is reset.
To check if you have reached the spending limit for your free trial subscription, you can do the following:
Log in to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/).and navigate to the Subscriptions blade.
Select your free trial subscription.
Check the Spending limit section to see if you have reached the limit.
In the left-hand menu, click on "Cost Management + Billing".
If you have reached the spending limit, you can upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using Azure services. Alternatively, you can wait until the spending limit is reset, which typically happens at the beginning of the next billing cycle
to troubleshoot further please share the error message.
