How can I add my other Organization (Guest) in Microsoft Authenticator?

Hello,

I would like to open a sharepoint that our partner shared to us, but I could not sign-in in my Microsoft Authenticator their organization so that I can the sign-in approval.

Ok, I understand.

I assume your partner requests for MFA registration.

Could you verify if the Microsoft Authentication option for registration even exists? Otherwise you have to use the partners defined options you can choose in the registration process or you habe to talk with your partner if they allow the MFA via App

There is a "Device Registration" and currently registered only one our company domain name. Is this what you mean?

Ok I think you are talking about which accounts already in your Authenticator registerd.

My last answer was more about the partner site and how it’s configured. Because if they dont allow the Authenticator App you have to use another option (they allow) to do MFA. Which options do you see in the registration process for MFA? Or is the registration already done? If yes, which option you have choosen?

I don't remember what option did I choose. I think it is already done. About a couple of weeks ago I can still open the sharepoint I'm talking about, it just require me again to approved sign-in via Authenticator now but our partner organization don't appear anymore in my Authenticator.

Sorry for the late reply. When your partner org no longer appears in the Authenticator you have to start a new registration process for MFA of that Org.

Please login to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ with the credentials of your organization.

Find the network icon in the top right corner of the page, next to your profile icon.

Check, if your partner org is listed there. In both cases contact your partner org.
If it's not listed there, your partner org has to reinvite you to their org as a guest again. If it is listed there, the partner org has to reset the MFA process of your guest user.
