I have created Azure vCode based cosmos DB for mongo DB account. When i click on "Quick Start" for further testing. It always throws me error "Connection Failed We are unable to connect to the temporary workspace."
I have configured firewall and allowed current client IP address and "0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255" . Can somebody help please

Could you send us your connection string? But please, without USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
Where did you set the firewall rule, in the Cosmos DB service?
Hi Patchfox, Below is the connection string:
mongodb+srv://<user>:<password>@cosmos-db-for-mongo-db-cluster.mongocluster.cosmos.azure.com/?tls=true&authMechanism=SCRAM-SHA-256&retrywrites=false&maxIdleTimeMS=120000
You need to create the account in regions which has support for the Shell, Try creating account in the West US, East US region or and this should work.
