Hi @Sebastian Antunez Noguera,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum!
As of now, updating Azure Stack HCI from version 22H2 to version 23H2 through the Admin Center is not supported. However, there are alternative methods to update your clusters:
- Azure Update Manager (AUM): You can use Azure Update Manager to update your Azure Stack HCI system to version 23H2. AUM provides a centralized way to manage updates for your clusters. It allows you to select the updates you want to include in the deployment, view update components and their versions, and access release notes1.
- Cluster-Aware Updating (CAU): CAU is a feature that makes it easy to install updates on every server in your cluster while keeping your applications running. It automates taking servers in and out of maintenance mode during updates. You can initiate CAU using PowerShell or Windows Admin Center2.
- Virtual Machine Manager (VMM): If you’re using Microsoft System Center to manage Azure Stack HCI clusters, you can use VMM to orchestrate rolling upgrades across your clusters. This feature allows you to move from Azure Stack HCI version 20H2 (original release) to version 21H2. After upgrading to System Center 2022, you can update to Azure Stack HCI version 21H2 using any available option: Windows Admin Center, PowerShell, or the cluster rolling upgrade feature in VMM
Best regards,
