The install seems to be complete, but there appear to be missing connections. I get the message: "Power Automate uses your credentials to sign into apps and create connections. For Office 365 Outlook Connection, it’s important that you use the email address to which your documents are sent." Then there's a "refresh prompt, but the app doesn't function properly.

Within Power automate, I also see the error message "You cannot directly edit the objects within a managed solution. If the managed properties for solution objects are set to allow customization, you can edit them from another unmanaged solution."

And when I go to configure the app, I get an additional error message: "The specified record was not found. Server Response: Document Automation Configurations failed: Entity 'aib_documentautomationconfiguration' With Id = 1d137dc6-c70f-47ff-84fd-b618190056c1 Does Not Exist"

    Hi Ilsley Library invoice,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Managed solutions typically restrict direct editing to maintain stability. However, if the managed properties permit customization, you can modify them through an unmanaged solution. This process typically entails exporting the managed solution, making changes in an unmanaged environment, and then re-importing it, ensuring that any alterations remain compatible with the original solution.

Verify the Configuration Record: Check if the record with the specified ID exists in your system. It's possible that it was deleted or is missing for some reason.

Check Flow Connections: Ensure that the flows are correctly configured and connected to the document automation configuration entity. Any discrepancies in the connections could result in errors like the one you're encountering.

Review Configuration Settings: Double-check the settings and configurations related to document automation within your app. Ensure that everything is set up correctly and there are no misconfigurations causing the error.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any other queries with screenshots of the error ( after concealing your PII).
