Migration of the data(shared drive) from NetApp storage to Azure Files

Question

We have 1Tb of data on the NetApp, which is basically mapped as a shared drive multiple windows server and user laptops.

We need to migrate/sync these data from the shared drive which is hosted on the NetApp to Azure File shared via Storage Sync service but getting the below error which is obvious since mapped drives are not supported.

Could anyone please suggest a better solution to achieve this?

Based on the error message Server endpoint creation fails, with this error: (Error code: 0x80070002) This error occurs if the server endpoint path specified is not valid. Verify the server endpoint path specified is a locally attached NTFS volume. Note, Azure File Sync does not support mapped drives as a server endpoint path.
