Hello MS team,
I want to use the Document Intelligence 2023-10-31-preview as on-premises container. Can you provide it now as a docker container and if not what are other alternatives that can recognize Arabic handwritten text?

Actually, I can't connect to the cloud REST API since our project requirements necessities us to do the processing inside of our VMs and thus can't send the documents data outside the network.
@bushr AFAIK the containers are available for GA versions only for 2022-08-31 (GA) and 2023-07-31 (GA). If you have to use the preview versions of the API in a container setting, you will have to run your docker container that connects to cloud REST API of the service. Thanks!!
