This may be due to the power management settings of the host computer. We suggest you try the following solutions:
On the host computer, open "Control Panel" ->"Power Options", select the current power plan, and then adjust the time when the computer goes to sleep to ensure that it will not automatically go to sleep when you use RDP.
You can also consider disabling sleep mode during RDP sessions. Sleep mode can be disabled by changing power options or using command-line tools.
Ensure that the operating system and drivers of the host computer are up-to-date, and sometimes updates can fix power management issues.
