I have a free tier subscription (created my azure a/c a week ago). I created a resource 5 minutes ago (under the only resource group I have) and I am trying the "add captions to images" feature under Vision Studio using an image provided in the "Microsoft learn" tutorial. I have just 1 directory under Azure that I use.

But it gave me the error:

"Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource."

Since it's an inbuilt Azure AI service that I am testing in the studio, I cannot manually change/provide the subscription or the endpoint key. The lecture/lab I am trying is in this link:

I tried the lab after 10 more minutes and the error disappeared. How long does one need to wait after creating a resource? It looks like a trial and error with no clear guidelines on how to avoid such errors.
