Unable to search for wikis in SharePoint server

When a customer searches for something in the wiki search box in sharepoint, the corresponding content is not found. And, when she creates a wiki, there is no publish button, just a save button.Snipaste1

    For the wiki page in sharepoint server, there is indeed no publish button, this is by design.

    To determine if issue is related to a site itself, please create a new Wiki library in another site and test the search result.
