When navigating to an Azure AD B2C tenant results in a Limited or No Access prompt even though my account is a member of that tenant. Navigating to this tenant worked for previous admins.

The prompt says, "You are not a member of this tenant and do not have access to this directory or any subscriptions/resources within. Your interactions will be limited to directory switching or passthrough scenarios only. Click 'I acknowledge' to continue to passthrough user without any access to the directory. You can click 'Sign out' to sign out of this session."

I have confirmed that this tenant does have an Azure subscription, regardless of the "No Subscriptions" message.

My user account is a Contributor role for that tenant.

Here are some of the steps I tried to resolve it:

  1. Assigning my user as an owner.
  2. Created an external user and added as a member to that tenant. Signing in with that user also leads to the same error prompt.
  3. I have also logged out in all browsers and cleared the cache.
  4. Tried using incognito/private mode as some suggest.

Unfortunately, those steps have not worked.

Is there another way to solve this issue?
