I am looking for a solution to change the page size default for save as pdf in Microsoft Edge, the default size is Letter so every time we need to change the settings if we need to print on A4, like to know where the settings are to save the page size / Is there any settings in registry to change the page size for save as pdf. From the Print windows we can change and save page size to A4 but it we close and open the Edge for 3-4 times the settings will disappear.

    Hello

I understand that you want to change the default page size for “Save as PDF” in Microsoft Edge. Unfortunately, as of my knowledge there isn’t a direct way to permanently change the default page size for “Save as PDF” in Microsoft Edge. The page size defaults to “Letter” and needs to be manually changed each time.

However, you can try the following workaround:

Open the print dialog in Microsoft Edge (Ctrl+P).

Change the destination to “Save as PDF”.

    Click on “More settings”.

Under “Options”, change the page size to “A4”.

    Save your document.

This setting might not persist if you close and reopen Edge multiple times. It seems to be a known issue and has been reported to Microsoft. As of now, there doesn’t seem to be a registry setting that can change the default page size for “Save as PDF” in Microsoft Edge.

I recommend keeping an eye on the official Microsoft Edge updates or the Microsoft Community forums for any potential fixes or updates regarding this issue. If you’re comfortable with it, you might also consider using a different browser or a dedicated PDF printer that remembers your last used settings.
