while im working from home using RDS i get the error 1001 for outlook

when im trying to open my outlook account while im working from home and conned throgh RDS i get the following errors. This is the start up screen when opening Outlook on RDS.  just need to close it down and then open Outlook and its fine. but i need to fix this can you help me on this.
