Azure WVD Black blinking screen

We have a customer who sometimes has the problem when he logs in to the WVD environment that the screen turns black and starts to flicker.(Web based and the Microsoft RDP Client app) This does not go away and the only solution is to restart the entire virtual machine. The strange thing is that there are also other people on the virtual machine at that moment without any problems. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be/cause?

Already tried

EnablePerUserCatalogFileIndexing

PreventLoginWithFailure

PreventLoginWithTempProfile

also tried turning off the app readiness service

    The issue occurs when one of your client users logs into the WVD environment and the screen turns black.

    If you are a Windows user, please ensure you are using the latest Generally Available (GA) client version available at: Remote Desktop client for Windows.

    Please refer to this Azure Virtual Desktop sign-in screen is blank.

    Please indicate:

    • Did you use a marketplace image or a custom image?
    • Are FSLogix profiles or local profiles being utilized?

    Thanks for the Response,

    We have a latest GA, we used the marketplace image, and we have 1 customer that uses FSLogix and the other one doesent use FSLogix but they both have the same problem.

    We did find the website ur refering to but we cant find those register keys do we need to add them ourselves ?
