Started today but we can't browse any of our Notebooks
We have multiple instances of AML Studio running - in the UK South and North Europe regions - none of them load correctly
Spun up a new instance of AML in the Azure Portal to test - got the same problem
The screenshot below shows me when I try and create a new folder - but as you can see in the Notebook file pane it is empty

Exactly the same issue my team and I are experiencing today. Everything was fine yesterday, but this morning - no files/folders visible in notebooks.

If I go back to the "Recently Viewed" list and click on a notebook I was using yesterday I get error: "Authorisation error: Lacking storage permissions to read files. When the "workspaceworkingdirectory" datastore is configured for identity-based access, your Azure Active Directory user identity is used when browsing files. Ensure you have write + execute permissions on storage account and execute permissions on parent folders"
I'm going to assume it is some sort of backend Azure Resource Manager API change that has broken the GUI. There definitely seems to be a problem with mounting the file shares in the storage account - we can see our files in the "File Shares" if we browse the storage account in the Azure Portal - which goes some way to prove we do have the required access permissions
Using Chrome and Ctrl+Shift+I and Network tab - I'm seeing 403's and AuthorizationPermissionMismatch
It's not a cached cred either - gone Incognito - reauthenticated with password and MFA - same issue

We are also currently experiencing this since this morning. I've even created an entire fresh workspace and the issue persists there

Same issues
The issue appears to be fixed now. Last update I had from Microsoft was they were working on a fix (16:16 yesterday, 7/6/24) but checking it just now, the files and folders are visible again so presumably their fix has been successful.

Hi Neil, yes I'd raised a ticket. Everything is still visible for me this morning so hopefully you're able to see your stuff now as well.

I am getting this error and I am the owner which has the access to read and write .not sure what to do
