To set up multi-user remote desktop connections, press Windows + R on your computer to bring up the Run window, enter "gpedit.msc", and then click "OK".
- In the Group Policy Editor, expand "Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections" and double-click "Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session". Set this option to "Disabled".
- Double-click the "Limit the number of connections" option and set it to "Enabled". You can set the number of connections as needed and then save.
