How to access Windows 11 Enterprise from Macbook M1 in a different country.
I will be working from a different country for a few days and need to access my work PC (Windows Laptop) from my Macbook M1 for work purpose. But I should be able to use Windows Laptop from both places simultaneously.

and open app on both machine and enter ID and password of Windows machine on MAC machine.

And No, I cannot request the network admin for the access to download anything.
I would appreciate if you could provide any other solution suitable for my situation.

In that case, you really need to ask your network team for a solution to your remote access situation. Your Windows PC is capable of remote desktop. But you would need to install some remote desktop client on your Mac.
Has your network team implemented a VPN solution to allow access to the company's private network from internet-based PC's? You will need a way to get through the firewalls, and we forum users do not know anything about your network setup.
Talk to your manager and the network team and ask them for help.

Then ensure your windows machine has a public IP(or you have other way to ensure network is connective)
